The catalogue on this website is a reference list of parts we trade. Listings are not an offer to sell and do not confirm stock.

Prices shown are indicative FOB values in US dollars, exclude VAT, duties and freight, and may be quoted as a range depending on brand, grade and order volume.

A request for quotation submitted through this website is an enquiry only. A binding contract is formed when NOVA CARS FZ-LLC issues a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or seven calendar days where no period is stated.

Minimum order quantities apply to certain references and are stated on the part page and on the quotation.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are payable in advance by bank transfer. Goods remain the property of NOVA CARS FZ-LLC until payment is received in full.

Lead times quoted are estimates based on supplier information and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, port congestion or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the Incoterm stated on the quotation. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, clearance and local homologation requirements.

Compatible models, specifications and OEM cross references are provided in good faith as guidance. The buyer is responsible for verifying fitment against the vehicle or machine VIN, model and serial number before ordering.

Parts supplied carry a twelve month warranty from the invoice date against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes wear items, incorrect installation, misuse, accident damage and any part modified after delivery.

Claims must be notified to info@novacarsuae.com within seven days of delivery with photographs and the invoice reference. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation and in original, unused packaging.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime or loss of contract.

Manufacturer and vehicle brand names are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply that the parts listed are supplied by, or endorsed by, the respective manufacturers, unless expressly stated as genuine OEM.

The website content, layout and catalogue compilation remain the property of NOVA CARS FZ-LLC.

Details submitted through a request for quotation are used solely to prepare and follow up your quotation and to maintain our commercial records. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction.
